- Al-Zn Composite Coating with Outstanding Self-Healing Performance: Zinc-aluminum
  (Al-Zn) composite metallized polypropylene film uses dual-metal coating technology
  simultaneously vapor-depositing zinc and aluminum on a polypropylene (PP) base film.
  Compared to a single aluminum coating, the introduction of zinc significantly enhances
  the film's self-healing activity — when localized insulation breakdown occurs, zinc's
  low melting point causes the metal layer around the breakdown point to vaporize and
  clear rapidly, resulting in faster self-healing, a smaller self-healing area, and more
  complete insulation recovery after healing, greatly improving capacitor reliability and
  service life
- High Safety Margin with Gentle Failure Mode: The self-healing characteristics of Al-Zn
  composite coating allow capacitors to maintain basic working capability after multiple
  self-healing events under over-voltage stress (gradual capacitance decline rather than
  sudden failure), with gentle and predictable failure modes and higher safety, meeting
  the stringent requirements for capacitor failure modes in modern power electronics and
  home appliances
- Polypropylene Base Film with Excellent Insulation and Electrical Performance:
  Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) base film features low dielectric constant,
  extremely low dielectric loss (very low tanδ), high voltage withstand strength, and
  wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +105°C), providing excellent long-term
  electrical stability for capacitors
- Precisely Controllable Coating Sheet Resistance: Al-Zn dual-metal coating process
  precisely adjusts coating sheet resistance over a wide range — from low sheet
  resistance (high-current applications) to high sheet resistance (enhanced self-healing
  strength) — with custom production according to customer specifications, meeting
  specific requirements for different application scenarios
- Built-In Safety Margin Design: Film edges can be designed with different widths of
  safety margins (unmetallized areas) as required, effectively preventing edge discharge
  breakdown and improving capacitor end insulation reliability
