EnglishOn December 31, 2017, all employees of Anhui Yuanguang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. gathered at Vera Palace Hotel in Ningguo for the “Surpass Dreams, Forge New Brilliance” 2017 Annual Summary & Commendation Conference and 2018 New‑Year Annual Gala. Mr. Wen Haiqing, General Manager of the company, Ms. Mei Liling, Executive Deputy General Manager, Mr. Wang Yibing, Deputy General Manager of Production, together with other management leaders and all staff, attended the annual meeting and gala dinner, sharing an unforgettable and joyful night.
At the event, Ms. Mei, Mr. Wang and other executives delivered work reports for the company’s 2017 fiscal year. The reports reviewed achievements and existing challenges of each department in 2017, and defined the overall planning for 2018, including business objectives and key tasks. Afterwards, Mr. Wen Haiqing, General Manager, delivered a New‑Year address and important speech to all employees. He thanked the staff for their hard work throughout the year, recognized the accomplishments achieved by each department in 2017, and voiced expectations for the company’s future development.
Awards for Outstanding Employees and Excellent Teams were presented during the meeting, commending outstanding individuals for their remarkable performance in 2017, with overseas trips offered as rewards. The lucky draw session hosted by senior management ignited the atmosphere of the whole venue.
Of particular note were the wonderful self‑written and self‑performed shows organized by the Company General Office, bringing one highlight after another. The dance On the Sunny Road won warm applause right from the start, showcasing everyone’s bright vision for 2018. The song My Old Deskmate reflected the cheerful camaraderie among colleagues. Especially the sketch created based on the company’s product manufacturing characteristics brought laughter to all employees while raising awareness of work responsibility. The original recitation Thank You, My Family conveyed sincere gratitude to every employee and embodied the harmony, joy and growth of the big Yuanguang family.
